Ha!  The weather failed me at the eleventh hour (literally), as it has done so many times before.

While Colby is holed up in a Bavarian Chalet, enjoying Apres Ski, and adventuring on-and-off piste, do we have a quorum and (just as important) a disc?  Weather seems to be decent.  I'll make my way out there, 11:45-ish.

Today was perhaps the best weather we have had all year.  Sunny, 0 wind, the temp was cool, but we warmed up quickly. The field was partially frozen, which was the most difficult element.  We played 3v3, wish we could have had 2-4 more.

I had a last-minute issue come up and I didn't get done until 1230. When I walked by, it looked like the conditions were challenging, to say the least

What happened?  Bad out there?  Looked like the weather was perfect!

There was a stiff wind from the west. Flags were sticking straight out from the poles. From what I observed, the disc was not going where people intended it to go. It wasn't the windiest day I have seen, but it was close.

Hahaha. There were several hammers, forehands, and backhands oh my....all into the wind. Most ending badly. It could only take so many direct hits I guess.
