Hi.
Have you downloaded the latest RMS list? If you are online I think pat does that automatically. And have you confirmed that you are using the right syntax? I don't have my Pat machine here now so I can't test, but remember that you need to use the right upper/ lower case letter. I think ARDOP should be written in upper case only.

My rmslist.json was out of date. Had to request a forced download
pat telnet rmslist --force-download
The resulting file is +700K -not something to do over radio!
wonder if there is a way to request only ARDOP or VARA, etc to minimize the over the air download file size?

Send an email
to :Inquiry
subject: //wl2k request
body: pub_ardop

It will return the results you are looking for.

Hi,

I wrote a Ruby script that pulls the latest ARDOP gateways and populates your connect_aliases so they show in the web drop down. It clobbers your current connect_aliases in config.json but backs up your file first. I may add some filtering to this https://github.com/psfleming/PatRMSUpdate

Now that I wrote the script, is there an easier way to do this :)

Thanks,
pete

Great work Pete! I will have to look at this soon.

It would be cool if you could filter the results based on GPS coordinates and maybe give the user an option of stations that were within x number of miles.
