Telnet works when selecting Alias but not Transport

I’m running v0.11 under Raspbian. Attached is my config.json  file (with 1 on the end). All is working with one glitch. When I Connect using Alias, Telnet works fine. If I select Telnet via Transport, I get an error “Invalid or missing target callsign”

2021/07/18 17:35:41 Invalid or missing target callsign
