Pat gensio 0.2 available for download

I fixed one major annoyance I had with Pat (not specific with gensio).  This release lets you cancel a open operation while it's in progress.  No more waiting for a timeout if you accidentally try to connect to a remote system that isn't there.  gensio only, I didn't fix it for the Linux stack AX.25.

Other than that, no real changes.  A few AX.25 things improved, but not in a way that would affect Pat.

The build works the same was if you want to build it yourself.  Go to https://github.com/cminyard/pat/tree/gensio-work and scroll to near the bottom  under the "Pat with native AX.25" label.  This will give instructions on how to build it.

Is anyone using this?  It would be nice to get some feedback one way or another.

I would think that avoiding the Linux kernel AX.25 and being able to do packet on Windows and Mac would be useful to people.

I would like to but I only have the DRA36 and DRA50. There are issues with the Raspiberry Pi and these sound devices. I'm sitting on the sidelines waiting
