Adding forms, text based message forms

I struggle to add forms. During the last Fall exercise I needed to add two extra forms from the exercise management (the check in and out messages works fine as they are part of the standard package). 

However, while I can just add the two files (WL2K@*_Melding_Skjema__v14_.txt and WL2K@*_Melding_Skjema__v14_.txt, callsign in file name withheld) to the global forms directory with Winlink Express (under wine: .wine/drive_c/RMS\ Express/Global\ Folders/Templates/) it was no so easy with pat. Just adding them to the directory .local/share/pat/Standard_Forms, in different directories or in one of the existing ones. It seems that pat do not rehash the directory. It does not seem to 

So the question stand, how do I add these text forms to the selection of templates?

I think there is nothing wrong with how you add those forms, I did that
the same and it worked fine.

I created a subfolder 'WLNET-OE' and put all the files into that
directory. I then can select them in the browser.

I once had problems with a form where some special characters were
included. Georges WH6AZ found that out and the form could be imported
after converting the files like

iconv -c -f UTF-8 -t US-ASCII Wetter\ Report.txt > Wetter\ Report2.txt

Maybe you have similar issues with those form files.

PS: when I change the folder name `mv WLNET-OE baba` it gets picked up
from pat instantly (after a site refresh in the browser) without the
need of a pat restart.

list of pat-users loves filtering my mails (this is not the first time
