new ardop implementation

Hi all,

I'm working on a new ARDOP implementation, and I hit a major milestone last night: I successfully completed a Winlink Wednesday check-in using it over the air.

The software is in it's early stages, but I welcome feedback from any adventurous testers.

The goals of the ardopb implementation are:

- testable core with clear domain separation

- user friendly gui to assist more users into the ecosystem

- telemetry and visualization tools to help tune the system

Hello Ryan,

I am curious what you expect this to provide that ardopcf does not.
Ardopcf is actively maintained and fixed a lot of old bugs. I have been
using it for a couple of years now with no issues. The updates no longer
come as frequently as they did early on but it does not take long for an
update to be ready if a bug is found.

I'm always happy to see testability as a first-class design goal, so kudos for that! I'll have to give it a try.

I think that is absolutely fantastic. This software is already good but
there is always room for improvement. I would certainly welcome a
faster "handshake" protocol. Hopefully it can all merge together into a
very nicely feature packed modem.
