pop out message window

Hi Folks,

I'm relatively new to pat and loving that I can do "winlink" on linux. It's very full featured.

I might be missing a shortcut. It would be nice if messages could "pop out" into a separate window when using the GUI. For example gmail in the browser supports this with a button in the upper right of the message pane. Winlink seems to do this by default.

The use case is when I'm following instructions. For example the glawn winlink wednesdays are often multi-step. So I'd like to pop out the incoming message to reference and then pop up the message(s) I'm creating and look at them at the same time.

I realize I can open multiple browser windows and browse into pat twice. This is somewhat inferior because it takes multiple clicks and drags to get the windows opened manually. Also it's kind of weird and one gets lost which window is the primary interaction window (although maybe that doesn't matter).

LMK if I've overlooked how to do this in the 0.16.0 release.
