PAT templates not the same as Winlink

Hello,

I am trying to get the same sitrep template on my PAT email that is on a digipi that is on my Winlink on windows. Can anyone direct me on how to get the forms? The form I am trying to get to PAT is found in Winlink, templates, standard forms, general forms, field situation report. Thank you.

From the Action menu choose Compose, Template (at the bottom), General Forms, Field Situation Report

Also, you can just enter "Field" in the "Select a form..." search box.
