Configuring Flrig For use with Ts590S

Hi,
I haven't had much time to work with this lately, but now I am circling back
to this project.
I am wanting to use Pat with my Ts590S radio over hf.
From a couple of files I received from another user on this list I was able
to see how Pat communicates with Vara hf.
One thing I need some help defining is how to get Flrig to control my
Kenwood Ts590S radio.
I use a screen reader called Jaws and this program does not work with the
screen reader.
I may able to use one of the remote control programs such as quick Assist or
others to let someone login to my machine and tell Flrig that I have a
Ts590S configured on com5.
