Hey, folks:

I've been using Pat for NTS/RRI message handling on my Ubuntu 24.04 Linux ham computer, and it's working great. There is one minor thing that I'd like to fix, though: the automatic numbering of radiograms when I open the form. Yes, I know I can just click in the box and enter a different number, but the auto-incrementing number it inserts must be coming from somewhere, and I'd love to be able to change it to catch up to my actual message numbers.

Where does the form pull this number from? The mouseover text says "You may overwrite. This number is controlled in Express > Message > Template Settings." I assume that useless help pointer comes from the forms provided by Winlink, but searching through the HTML and TXT files in .local/share/pat/Standard_Forms didn't reveal an obvious place where this is being set. Any hints?

Hey, folks:

Disregard, I found the solution! It's in ~/.local/state/pat/template-sequence-number.json. That file contained only the current radiogram number. Updating it fixed the numbering.
