Hi. I use the PAT HTTP client on Linux and connect via telnet. Is there a way to keep it running in the background and have it check for new messages within a predetermined amount of time, kind of like a standard email client does? If so I'm guessing it would involve a bash file and a cron job?

Hi David,

You can use the "schedule" option in the config for this. It's basically a built-in command scheduler with standard cron syntax.
