Paste Proxy - X-Forwarded-Host header

Hi,

I just noticed that paste proxy does not set the X-Forwarded-Host header (Am I
mistaken?). To me it seems as if this is an extremly basic header and a lot of
software relies on this header to generate fully qualified urls which work
even behind a proxy.

1. Is there a way to set this (or a similar header) out of the box?
2. Any opinions if the header should be included into paste.proxy?
