When I set repository to "google apps" (to be compatible with iPad), my Windows Chrome browser can't connect

It redirects me to google auth and I click the "Allow access" but it fails. Busy circle shows in chrome tab but it never continues.

I'm only choosing "Google apps" instead of "Google Drive" because it seems that my iPad (iOS v7.1) both in Safari and Chrome only support "Google Apps" (because I dont see "google drive" on the pulldown menu).

I would honestly donate $50 to this app/developer if I could get this to work. Otherwise it has the exact features I want.
