Is it possible to restore passwords from an old Passter_Repository file?

Yes, in case you use google docs repository and the Passter_Repository file has encrypted text in it you can restore them using fresh installation and using the correct master key. 

Just make sure that there is only one document file with the name Passter_Repository.
