Restore from backup

I reloaded Windows 7 and lost my Passter extensions.  I installed them but Passter has no stored passwords.  I tried restore (from Google Docs) but Passter asks for the location of the file.  Where is the backup file?

Please use the spinning arrow button (blue) in order to restore. 

You are using a restore from file option. It's different

Could not find the "options" page but did get to a page that allows you to choose a file to restore from.  If I saved the file on my computer, where would it be and what is it called?
