Ahoy: Has anyone information on rebuilding or replacing my TDZ Fuel pump on my nanni motor. I have developed an overflow leak at low rpm's so far I've hit a brick wall locating rebuild parts. Any info would be appreciated.
Thanks

A good number of years ago, I just got a new one from ThermoKing in Florida.

Easy bolt-in.

Last year, I had mine rebuilt by Dumas Diesel in Long Beach / LA Harbor, a local shop that specializes in diesel truck fuel systems.  Cost something like $400 and rebuild kits were available.  I think it requires some specialized tools, etc. that most of us don't have around, so I let Dumas do it.  They also cleaned and adjusted my fuel injectorsNanni runs great again!

Our TDZ injection pump was leaking diesel from one of the pumping elements at the top of the pump.  We had it rebuilt at J. G. Parks in Salisbury, MD.  They tried twice to fix the leak and were unsuccessful.  I subsequently purchased a remanufactured pump from TDZ.  The cost was 750 Euros plus 150 Euros for shipping from Spain.  The POC at TDZ was Jaime Martin, and he was very helpful.  His email is  tdzi...@tdzimpex.com.  I also bought four new injectors at 120 Euros each from him.  I will probably install the pump in the next week or two.
