Citizens United/ MA Amendment

     Hi All,

        S8 https://malegislature.gov/Bills/194/S8 , our effort to amend the Massachusetts Constitution to jumpstart the process for a federal amendment to overturn Citizens United, has been referred to the Joint Committee on Election Laws https://malegislature.gov/Committees/Detail/J15/194 .

          Now is the time to reach out to committee members before the hearing which could be happening with little notice. The committee will accept testimony by email, regular mail or give a call.

         Until we get the corrupting influence of corporations and big money out of the political process the issues that are most important to you will not be resolved to your satisfaction.
