Hope All got to enjoy a Safe and Happy 4th.
Our last announcement was on April 17 and the next day we found out that the MA SJC handed down https://www.mass.gov/service-details/robert-goldstein-others-v-secretary-of-the-commonwealth-sjc-12931
I would suggest any interested in e-signatures check out Justice
Kafker's concurring opinion, which basically ripped Elections for not
already having something in place, starting after page 30. Our focus
this year
was to be at the polling places for the election. This is not expected to be an
option now or in November. We need to be able to use e-signatures. We
filed our petition language on January 21st https://www.mass.gov/info-details/ballot-initiatives-filed-for-the-2022-biennial-statewide-election-proposed-laws-and#20-01-passmass-amendment- and have standing for a
case. If any have any legal expertise and would like to help please contact me at 1

This is a pretty big deal and we could use some help.
We continue to offer the free "END the Corruption" bumper stickers.
Attached. We will now be giving away our lawn signs from our Federal
effort, CUWG inc. Attached. Terra in Acton and myself in Nahant will be
pick up points. We cover the postage on the bumper stickers NOT for the
lawn signs. As soon as someone asks I will find out. I am expecting
postage to start around $5.
We greatly appreciate
everybody's help in our effort to end the corrupting influence of
corporations and big money in our political process over the years.
