Hi
folks... It's stopped raining here in Acton and supposedly, the
better weather is headed for Cambridge. According to
Accuweather.com's hourly forecast, it's supposed to stop raining
at 1 pm. If that's true, then the biggest signature gathering
opportunity in Cambridge today is the Harvard Square
Oktoberfest, when the parade marches in about that time. I'm
planning on getting there for 1 pm. The concerts and street
fest-ivities end at 6 pm. Plenty of time to get a sheet or two
of signatures!
BUT if you don't want to take the chance and travel in, we totally understand! How about your local supermarket, where there's an overhang to protect against the rain? NOW is the best time to collect sigs! Yes, we have another month! but it gets mighty cold out! and it's nice and toasty still, despite the clouds!
