     Hi All,

The first Judiciary Committee Hearing of previous sessions has been at the end of April as Bills need to be reported out by the end of the month, This session it was held last week. I was not even looking and was caught off guard. Our option is to now contact members of the Judiciary Committee https://malegislature.gov/Committees/Detail/J19
or submit testimony to the staff of the Judiciary Committee To submit testimony to the Senate contact send to michae...@masenate.gov Mike is Senator Eldridge's Chief of Staff. To submit to the House contact send testimony to james.m...@mahouse.gov
The last Wednesday in April is the deadline for the Committee to report out and so we would suggest contacting Committee members and submitting testimony as soon as you can. On the Judiciary committee the Senate Chair is Senator Eldridge (617 722 1120) who has basically been our biggest hindrance since we have started. The Senate Vice Chair is Senator Sonia Chang-Diaz(617 722 1673) The House Chair is Claire Cronin(617 722 2396) and Vice Chair is Michael Day(617 722 2396) Please feel free to contact these legislators and your own legislators to help us get out of Committee with a favorable opinion. https://malegislature.gov/Legislators/Profile/MSD1
We are expecting the date of the Legislative Constitutional Convention announcement in the beginning of May. This is a joint session of the Legislature to hear Amendments.
My regrets on the mash-up of the last message. I put a lot of time into it and ended up totally disappointed.

                                   Thank You Kindly,
                                                        Nick Bokron
