Hi everyone,

We'd like to announce that the Temperance Street Passive House has achieved certification to the international Passive House standard! The all-electric home is the first certified Passive House in Saskatchewan (and the Canadian prairies). It achieves the rating of Passive House Plus due to substantial solar energy generation.



Thanks and congratulations to the green builder Robin Adair and team as well as owners Holly Ann-Knott and Jim Spinney.

We plan to hold a media event when we get the plaque on the wall, until then here are links to more information:
