Hello Everyone!

We are thrilled to announce that this project is completed!  ... Mostly completed. 

This will be a Come and Go to explore, feel and experience a high performance home with many unique features that many have helped, design, supply or assemble in some fashion.  There were many people involved from day 1;  from looking at land locations through to the cleaning windows for possession date.  Now its time to celebrate.   This 'Come and Go' is a preview prior to our advertising that will start in the coming months.  We hope that you are as excited as we are to spread the news of another high efficient build around Saskatoon!

Please come for some food and drink, and a time to socialize together with stakeholders who are building smart, simple structures that have exceptional performance year in year out regardless of weather.

WHERE: Beaver Creek Passive House (Mann Residence)

WHEN: April 27, 2019 2-4pm

WHY:  Its awesome to celebrate the completion of a project!

DIRECTIONS: South on 219 (Lorne Ave) 12 km past the willows golf course.  Go past the beaver creek conservation area (you will see 2 or 3 signs for this).  You will see a Beaver Creek Camp sign on your left (made of large logs).  Take your next RIGHT after this sign and 400M down the road you will see a pylon and a CNS Developments Sign.  Come down the driveway and you'll see a white bungalow (Beaver Creek Passive House).
