High performance meets high design in the recently completed Karuna House in Newberg, the first building in the world to achieve three of the world's most demanding energy efficiency certifications: LEED for Homes Platinum, MINERGIE-P-ECO, and Passive House US.
This seminar is a combo of a Friday afternoon primer on Passive House US standards and a case study of the Karuna House, and a Saturday self-guided tour of the site. When you buy a ticket, you will have a choice of 4 times for your tour on Saturday and directions will be emailed to you.
