World Glass Manufacturer List from IGDB 18.0

So, probably you have noticed that multiple window manufacturers work out of the same glass catalog. For example Inline is evidently the same as Cascadia; they and Marvin seem to both use Cardinal glass, the best of which is a feeble R6-ish.
The International Glazing Database (current version 18.0), used by the Window 5 software from windows.lbl.gov, lists 3700+ types of glass from manufacturers worldwide. Regrettably these 3700 are not glass "units" or "packages" consisting of multiple panes, but rather the individual panes with different thickness, coatings, etc.
Nevertheless, some of the manufacturers we know make multi-pane units. There are just 65 unique manufacturer names in the database. I list them here in the hopes that some one will please call all of these birds and ask them: what multi-pane glass package do they offer (if any) which has the highest ratio of Solar Heat Gain Coefficient to U-value, and what are those values, center-of-glass. Please post their answers here.

will this be a readily accessible database graham? phenomenal idea,
i've been mulling this for a while as well.
where do the PHI certified glass mfr's fall in this list?
