Hi All,
A colleague of mine is looking for a CPHC to provide a competitive bid to help certify a 2-unit 6400 sf (@ @ 3200sf) duplex through PHIUS (currently in Schematic design). The developer / owner recently completed the PHIUS builder's training and is hoping to aerate an affordable model for future projects. Please message me if you're interested, thanks!
