Upcoming changes to PHIUS+ certification
Graham Wright, chief scientist for Passive House US, will discuss the adjustments PHIUS will be making later this year to both the calculation protocol and certification criteria for PHIUS+.
Primary energy, air-tightness, and space-conditioning criteria will all be affected. Pilot projects for standard-adaptation are being accepted on a case-by-case basis. Details about the pilot program will make up most of this talk. The approach to adjusting the criteria for heating and cooling performance will also be touched on.
When: Tuesday, June 17, 2014
Where: New location: Earth Advantage Institute (623 SW Oak St., Third Floor, Portland OR)
When 5:00 PM sharp to 6:45 PST P.M. (this will be in conjunction with GoToWebinar)
