As a result of the spammers recently joining and posting their crap,
I've changed the membership process for this group so that spammers
will be less inclined to join and post their crap. From now on people
will have to answer a question about why they want to join the group
before the membership application is accepted, and all new members
will be moderated until they prove to be legitimate.
