New semester, new placements!

It's Spring 2010, and there are some schools in need of placements
this semester:
Lee Mathson Middle School, San Jose -
Two tutors needed to work with the AVID program, M-Th from
7:15am-8:00am. There may be
a stipend included but I need to double check and get back to you on
it.
In addition, there is an after-school program on campus that could
utilize about 5 volunteers
Meadows Elementary School, 1250 Taper Lane, San Jose:
6th grade core subject/Avid teacher in need of volunteers to help Avid
students during tutorials.
Volunteers would be needed mainly Tuesday and Wednesday (and possibly
Fri) from about 2:15 to 3:00.
Dorsa Elementary:
Volunteers needed for the homework center, a sports program, and
reading and math Olympics/Drills Practice program
Cureton Elementary:
Volunteers needed to help develop an art elective, or perhaps a
creative writing focus. Other areas of interest would be drama or the
performing arts
Grant Elementary:
Volunteers needed 11:30-12:30 any weekday(s) to lead games or coach a
basketball or soccer team, or to teach kids how to play tether ball
