Eclipse PASS annual project report

Hello everyone,

On behalf of the Eclipse PASS team, I'd like to share with you a recently published annual project report that highlights the work of the project over the past year and lists plans for the year to come. If you participated in the pilot working group last Fall you will recognize much of the planned work as having come from those discussions, so thank you again for working with us.
