PASS release 0.9.0

The PASS team is happy to announce the release of version 0.9.0. In this release, we focused on deploying the application to a new staging environment in order to integrate with services at our initial deployment at Johns Hopkins University. Among other tasks, we connected our data loaders, integrated single sign-on, and fixed a number of bugs in both the UI and backend. 

Our next release, version 1.0.0, is scheduled to be completed at the end of September. 1.0.0 will focus on making the staging environment production ready. This version is not intended to be generally deployable outside of our initial target production environment. We will continue to make improvements and update deployment documentation in order to make PASS more generally deployable. Version 1.0.0 will include: 

• Improved query performance 
• Initial updates to ensure the UI is accessible 
• Lots of bug fixes 
• Testing of backend systems 
• Testing with stakeholders
