I want the command \hidemyenvironment to make it not appear on the PDF, while the command \showmyenvironment will make it reappear again. I was thinking of using an if statement so I can switch it on and off in the document and have some environments displayed and others hidden.

Is there perhaps a command that can comment everything inside the environment, or another solution? I would prefer that you can write equations, tables and other things inside the environment and that it is only used to hide/ display parts of the output PDF.

It's currently not possible to hide the icon on a per-project basis, however the icon should only appear on JIRA Software projects. If this is not the case, and you're seeing it on all projects, please feel free to raise a bug by emailing sup...@easyagile.com

I'm working with a bunch of funtions with multiple aguments, say f[x,y,z], g[x,y,z], etc. I want to do operations with them like derivatives and products, and I want to read the result easily, without having to see all the arguments.

No easy solution for this one, I guess you could force 2 as a Good shortcut and disable shortcuts for Hard and Easy, or something along those lines. Ideally, Anki would have consistent shortcuts for Good, rather than adaptive shortcuts. Maybe I can find my way around it in the settings.

So hear is the situation. I have been running the 6 pipes as a component. and that has worked well (change one change them all). but when I got to the section with the multiple offset 90 i had to make them all unique.

I think you should consider what parts of it you actually wish to hide and why. If you don't want the user to be able to find out what your page is really doing, server-side code is probably the only option. Anything client-side like HTML or Javascript can and will be nosed into, obfuscated or not. And nobody likes it when you tinker with context menus.

As others have correctly said, you cannot hide either HTML, CSS, or JavaScript from the end user. You can just try to obfuscate it, but anyone who knows what he is doing will be able to reverse that easily.

A solution not mentioned here yet is to use Flash or Java applets instead of HTML. Naturally this has many drawbacks which I'm sure you are aware of yourself. And I'm not sure about the debugging possibilities. But that at least is quite difficult to decompile and it will allow you to do some things that you can't do with plain HTML/Javascript. Decide for yourself if this works for you or not.

It is not possible to hide HTML source from a end user since this source is response for the HTTP GET request from browser. But, you can encode/obfuscate the HTML code using Javascript; or you can disable right-click in a browser window using Javascript. But, these are not fool proof methods.

Note however that this is also trivial to bypass with any kind of HTTP debugging proxy (like Fiddler). Even the trivial javascript:alert(document.body.innerHTML) in the address bar will show almost everything. This only protects against hacker-wannabe script kiddies.

I will give my ICS tablets for users to complete a survey so I would like the user to work with my app only. They should not be able to switch to the home screen, press back buttons etc., so I would like to hide the system bar completely.

Or use 79 instead of 42 for API less than 14. You may also need to include the SET_DEBUG_APP permission, in which case you need to have the application signed with the system key or installed in the /system/app/ directory.

For Android 4.4, there is a new feature called immersive mode which hides both the system and status bars. The system UI is toggled by the user through the use of an edge swipe from the top or bottom of the screen. For more details take a look at:

This solution Is good only if you sell tablets with your application and needs root privileges to edit the system/build.prop. So it's not a solution for all, so please do not downvote this little contribute.

EDIT:I noticed that my tablets have hardware buttons (Home, menù and back) on the frames. So Android lets me to hide the system bar. I tryed with other tablets that haven't hardware buttons without success.

If you want to restrict users from accessing the home screen, then you are out of luck with Android ICS. I would suggest finding a tablet manufacture who will preload the device with Android 2.3. Either that, or use a rooted Android 3.x device.

There is a workaround to disable menu bar (not hide) in all most all tablets without rooting. But this is bit tricky, but it works clean. Several well known apps in the market at the moment using this strategy to achieve this disable menu bar feature for their apps.

To complement the answers already given, and in case it is useful for someone needing a similar behaviour, there is this tutorial for android devices 4.0 and higher, it tells you how to hide the navigation bar and the status bar (they will reappear when the screen is touched again):

The behavior intended is when focus is lost the input reduces to only show the first 3 chips - and then expand back to full size on focus. Currently the border of the input is controlled by a dynamic panel that expands to the contents within it.

The Invisi-Lab is the most versatile dog blind ever introduced. Unlike other dog blinds on the market, it keeps your retriever hidden and comfortable in the field or on the water with leg settings from 0 - 34 inches. The independently adjustable legs make it the most stable dog stand on the market. The mesh bottom allows water to drain, provides solid footing, and offers a comfortable sling bed for sore bones and cold joints. It is a great training tool for the off season and for use as an around the house climb. It has always perplexed us that good hunters go to great lengths to conceal themselves from the elements then leave their dog in plain sight of the ducks, and exposed to the elements. Now you can keep your dog as hidden and as comfortable as you plan to be while hunting together in wet environments.

I have a Leaflet map with button (Easy Button plugin ). When click on button on map added route layer (plugin -routing-machine). Please, help me add event for button to show/hide layer when I click on button. Map example:

It should be easy to have a simple view option in the top right to toggle frame labels. As a DESIGN tool, this should not insist on making me hack around with groups to hide a software attribute. The layout a designer is working on needs to be viewed pristine. A simple view toggle would do the trick.

Shortcoming - The main issue I can foresee is that dockers are customizable in Krita and user-modified dockers will affect what gets unhide and what not. Thus essential stuff should be added as a dedicated preset which can be enabled for cohesive usage.

with just these changes, the interface should be tablet ready and should be fairly able to compete with pro apps. This IMHO feels should be easy to implement but a developer can vouch for it. Layer selection is already considered in 5.2 release which works as intended.

Just as an example of what can currently be done in Canvas-Only with menus, toolbars, and dockers enabled, and scrollbars and status bar disabled, and with Multiple Document Mode as Subwindows:
canvasonly21536808 46.8 KB

Keep in mind there is already a way to toggle the visibility of all dockers: Settings->Show Dockers, which can be assigned a shortcut. If you switch to a Workspace with minimal dockers, that could also work.

Now this setup can give access to basic brush settings and in case layers need to be accessed or some tools need to be used, can come out of canvas mode at any time. Color and brush access can be done with a longer press finger gesture to get the Krita wheel

These are really good suggestions and i have even requested something like this before but without the mock up. I use krita on a large phone the s22 ultra and i need ultimate customization even more than tablet users if added i wouldnt even care about pretty UI for mobile users ! But sometimes its just fighting the UI and slow workflow that cause me to try other apps on android like infinite painter and concepts which are great apps in their own right but do not offer everything krita has. My two cents.

Catchmaster's Hide N' Seal Easy Set Mouse Snap Traps is another modern take on the classic mouse snap trap. It's durable, easy-to-use trigger, safe button arming mechanism, and non-toxic disposition have made this snap trap variant a go-to choice of pros and consumers in the modern pest control era.

Talk about an easy way to stretch puzzle time and get a little bit of mom time watching it all unfold. My toddler begged to play again and I was only too happy to hide those puzzle pieces for another round.

From the moment we put out the bear bait and erected the tree stand, our plan was to attempt this DIY tanning project. With that in mind, the bear was skinned and the hide stored in the freezer until time permitted us to start the project. From start to finish, the tanning took about a week.

Draping your hide over a hard, rounded surface can help make this tedious job easier on your body. You can construct a fleshing pole or beam, but we simply used our town-issued green bin since we were only tanning a portion of the hide.

When you take it out, rinse the hide with Dawn dish soap. This will remove the leftover grease and gunk from the hide. You can use any dish soap, but Dawn has a reputation for cutting through grease, which can be an issue with bear.
