DLSHSI Shuttle Service for PASMAP participants

This is to confirm shuttle service reservations for the following PASMAP Convention participants:

4.  Dr. Grace Bacalzo

 

Shuttle service is for DLS-Mla -- DLSHI-- DLS-Mla for 2 days (Oct 24 and 25)

 

Meeting place is at Mc Donalds Taft Avenue Parking Area (near DLS- Manila (Taft) South Gate. 

 

Shuttle departs for DLSHSI at exactly 6:30am.

To all members from Metro Manila who were not able to return on the second day of the convention, you may get your certificates from the Microbiology Department of Our Lady of Fatima University in Valenzuela City. I will be there on Tuesday (Nov. 4, 9 - 11 am). Second semester in OLFU starts on Nov. 10. I will be there everyday. Please take note though that this will be the last time that certificates will be issued to members who do not complete the two-day convention. It was decided during the business meeting that starting next year, only those who complete the convention will be issued the certificate of attendance. I am already taking the necessary steps to inquire from APMC regarding CME credits (for doctors). I still have to find out regarding CPE units for the associate members.
