Dear Dr. Elenor,

Hi there. I know that you and the other officers of PASMAP are too busy now.  I am very sorry I cannot attend this time our National Convention because from October 20-23 will be our institutional faculty retreat in Cebu.  On  the last day of our retreat, I will go to Iloilo for  the OBE training course which will run until October 26. This schedule overlaps with our PASMAP convention.  Although there is also an OBE training course in Manila the following week, I have to be in our college for the regular enrollment days.  It is really very difficult, I hope I can attend during our next convention. I will certainly miss everybody and the activities!
