I wish to share a good news with you that I have been elected a Fellow of the Indian Academy of Sciences, Bangalore.
As some of you may know the election to the Science Academies starts with a nomination by an existing member. This is followed by shortlisting of candidate’s nominations through peer review, selection by the council and finally election by the existing members.
Thank you all of your support, best wishes and blessings which I feel were responsible in a great way for this recognition. A news article that appeared in today’s Pune Newsline (Indian Express) is attached.
