Hello All,
Practice has been canceled. The rain is too heavy and because we were
going to just walk through I do not want to risk getting anyone sick.
We have a game tomorrow rain or shine and it should be a great day of
rugby. Athletes are to report to Occidental College Stadium no later
than 8:15 a.m. Kickoff is at 9 a.m. We will go through last minute
game plans and adjustments before the match. Tomorrow is about
learning!!! and walking away feeling that you have a better
understanding of the game.

I will not be there tomorrow as my best friend is having a baby and
the baby shower is tomorrow in Thousand Oaks. My wife and I are going
because we are the God parents and I feel it is very important for us
to be there. I want to wish everyone a good and safe day of rugby and
I hope all goes well. I know that some Pasadena Men's Rugby players
will be there and will be introducing themselves to you and offering
help explaining the game. Please feel free to take advantage of
this!!!

Thank You,
Coach Maust

If you have an EZ up or some covering system could you please bring it to the game tomorrow as it is forecasted to rain and we will play rain or shine!

The more the better as we can protect the gear and as many spectators as we can.

Thank You,
Coach Maust

Hi John,

I just wanted to tell you that Charles is still pretty sick and will probrably not be at school this whole week. I know he is missing Rugby but best that he miss practice than get everyone else sick with his flu. He is coughing up and it is quite unattractive, started anitibiotics but not etting better so far.  I think he just overdid it the first week of Rugby. He is prone to these infections as it is.  He stayed up late studying then just will not stay put. He will have to learn on his own that he needs to slow down.

Anyway, also wanted to give you an FYI- He had a college tour set up for next week during winter break. We will be out of town from the 26 thru the 29 if he is better.  I do not know if you have the game schedule set up already but I would appreciate knowing that asap so that we do not plan any other trips in conflict with games.

Sylvia
