The
award function was held at the fun-filled Prakriti Mela 2015 at the Regional
Institute of Education (RIE), Ajmer, from February 16 - 20, 2015. Prakriti Mela
is a collaborative five day national event on environmental education. The event was focused on showcasing
exemplary project based learning by schools, teachers and students. The awards were conferred by Prof. V.K. Kakaria, Principal RIE, Dr. P.C. Agarwal, Professor, RIE, Dr. V.P. Singh, Professor, RIE, along with Dr. K.K. Sharma, Retd. Principal

World Water Day 22 March, 2015
World
water day is coming up on 22 March and the theme for this year is ‘Water and
Sustainable Development’. Encourage all schools to join the ongoing online
Handprint campaign on Facebook called ‘Buckets for change’
#bucketsofsustainability and take an action by raising awareness about virtual

coming up is Earth Day 2015 on April 22. The theme for the year is ‘It’s our
turn to lead’!
What can your school do?
Step1: Identify issues in your school/surrounding area.
Step 2: Discuss the issue with your Principal and identify issues that your school will take up/address next academic year.
Step 3: Video record your Principal's commitment.
Step 4: Upload the video on www.facebook.com(paryavaranmitrapage)
Step 5: The videos getting most likes will get surprising gifts!
