I transfered a project from my macbook to my windows desktop, it was made on iMovies and it is an .mov file. I have quicktime on windows with divx update, but still just sound and no visual. what upgrade if at all possible do i need?

Thanks ever so much, I only understand Macs in very simple manner so I copied all imported data from camcorder onto the project and once finished I exported as mp4, then transfer to windows and it played visual and audio on QT windows. Great, well pleased thanks Apple guru!

Thanks to your clear tutorial. I love it. It seems really clear and simple.But I am not a mac user, i have already tried a windows software - WonderFox HD Video Converter to compress my files and it works. But i also wondered whether IMovie is also available to Windows users too?
