Hadar has just put out a file to help folks navigate the unusual circumstances we are all facing this year.  The attached abbreviated liturgy files are basic and different communities will obviously need to modify in all kinds of ways, including all sorts of liturgical variants that may be your practice.  But we hope these are helpful as you plan.  This represents, in our judgment, a minimal liturgy that meets the halakhic requirements of the day. Feel free to copy and distribute as you see fit.

A dynamic FAQ on a host of questions is housed on our website and can be found here: https://www.hadar.org/torah-resource/halakhic-resources-high-holidays.  This will be updated and R. Aviva Richman and I are responding as questions arise.
