Preparing for the High Holidays: Practical Sharing and Halakhic Guidance
Wednesday, August 26, 830pm - 945pm
In advance of the High Holidays, we have heard from many minyanim that are facing unprecedented circumstances this year, and trying to figure out everything from strategies around space to the length of davening. Hadar is offering a space for minyan leaders to get together, share with each other, and explore options.
We will use our time in two modes:
8:30pm - 9:10pm - Discussion/brainstorm based on attendee-generated practical topics, moderated by R. Elie Kaunfer
9:10pm - 9:45pm - Halakhic guidance with R. Aviva Richman, focused on questions of what can or should be changed in the davening this year
