Simchat Torah

For those partnership minyanim that meet over Simchat Torah:

1. Do you give the following honors to women: Kol Ha'Ne'arim? Last aliyah in V'Zot Ha'Berakha? First aliyah in Bereishit?

2. If you do give those honors to women, what do you call them? Chatan Torah/Chatan Bereishit, or something else?

At Kol Sasson in skokie women and men get these aliyot. When given to women they are called kallat Torah or kallat breishit.
