HOWTO - PartKeepr Install on CentOS 7

I put together what I hope might be a useful step-by-step HOWTO for installing the latest version of PartKeepr from GitHub on CentOS 7 with the database stored on the same host.

Installation in distribution / hardware environments outside what's described is not covered, but there may be some informative bits that could be gleaned from this guide.

Note that some of the steps are my own preference and for my own reference, and may not be your preference.  YMMV.

I think I've accurately documented each step I took to get PartKeepr up and running, but please let me know if there is something I missed.

I access my PartKeepr installation via an internal domain/hostname, you will need to modify that accordingly for your use (or, simply by IP address).

This process was performed with CentOS 7 (build 2009 w/ updates as of 01-22-2021), PartKeepr downloaded from GitHub (as of 12/30/2020, commit 41e1c41), and Composer v1 (version 1.10.19).
