Hello,
I keep getting the error that the program couldn’t find GLIBC_2.14. I was able to install glib 2.14, but Pf2 still found the same error.
Any suggestions would be appreciated!!!
Thank you!!!!!
Karla

Hi Karla,

This is happening because the version of RAxML that's included in PF2 doesn't work on all systems (including yours, sorry). In this case you need to download and compile RAxML yourself.

Instructions for doing that are here:

Hello Rob,
Thank you so much for the reply. I checked the Notes on phyml and raxml in the link you provided and it says to download the version of RAxML from the commit linked that is provided  (https://github.com/stamatak/standard-RAxML/commit/5d9558ac18ddb2c69dd75a9dc971bcf541bbfeb2). However, when I checked that link it doesn't show anything to download. I could be missing something here but I think the link might be outdated.  If not, would you be so kind as to indicate where I find the files to download from that commit???
Thank you so much for your help!
Karla
