Having a lot of trouble today trying to run the program. I have updated everything from python, anaconda, Pandas (whatever that is?), partitionFinder etc. I have checked the title of my files. I have uploaded alignment to genius and exported at phylip file as per recommendation in manual.

Not sure whats up. Any help would be great!

Hi Ryan,

A couple of questions should help get you up and running:

1. Please make sure you're using the latest version of PartitionFinder (2.1.1).

2. Did you install the full Python 2.7.x anaconda as described in the manual?

3. Can you type 'python' in the terminal, and post the output here?

4. Can you post exactly the commandline you typed, plus the output that you get, here too?

Finally, double check that you haven't changed anything in the main PartitionFinder folder.

Cheers,

Rob
