Hello,
I am having a problem where I want to use Linearham to determine the naive sequence in a setting where I have fewer than 10 input sequences. I am getting this warning and then eventual error (below). Is there a way to lower the <min_cluster_size> value to like 5? Or is it hardcoded? Thank you!

warning adding null linearham info to line: H031809+L026477:H031784+L026469:H031534+L026342:H031759+L026458:H031772+L026463:H031787+L026470, because cluster is less than the passed <min_cluster_size> value of 10

I'm pretty sure that setting one or both of --min-selection-metric-cluster-size or --min-paired-cluster-size-to-read should fix that. The std out of the prior partis processing steps should have lines giving you clues which is responsible, although I think I did improve those printouts recently (last few months) so if you have an older version it might be less verbose.
