Hello,

I have seen two recent linearham issues where it fails to make the "linearham_annotation_all.yaml" "linearham_annotation_best.yaml"  in cases where there is only one sequence in the aa_naive_seqs.dnamap file. Is that a possible bug where it can't deal with the "certainty" of a single dna sequence as the UCA? In both cases these are kappa light chains.

thank you so much!

Best,
Elizabeth

I don't remember offhand what it's supposed to do when there's only one possible naive sequence, but it seems like if there's only one that it might make sense to not output anything since the results would just be the same as the partis input, no? Although I could also see the argument that that's confusing and it should just spit out the results either way.
