Not seeing any messages in ServiceInsight using StepBySytep sample

Hi,

I'm trying to get ServiceInsight/Control/Pulse setup but I can't see any messages turn up in ServiceInsight. Using the StepByStep sample I've added the plugins CustomChecks, Heartbeat and SagaAudit to the Server project. The endpoint is active in ServicePulse

However although I can see the endpoint in ServiceInsight, when I click on the Samples.StepByStep.Server endpoint it displays 0 messages found.

What else do I need to do?

Hi Ian,

The sample only sets up error queue (https://github.com/Particular/docs.particular.net/blob/master/samples/step-by-step/Version_5/Shared/ConfigErrorQueue.cs), but not the audit queue.

If no messages are failing process and all get processed successfully, which I assume is the case, nothing will get audited, therefore won't show up in SI.

Add audit queue using xml configuration (http://docs.particular.net/nservicebus/operations/auditing#configuring-auditing-using-app-config) or using code (http://docs.particular.net/nservicebus/operations/auditing#configuring-auditing-using-iprovideconfiguration) and that should fix the issue for you.
