Changes from Alpha 15:
* Support for saving and loading taxa configurations (the Prepare
tab), i.e. excluded and colored taxa.
* Added Taxon | Include command - re-includes excluded taxa.
* Bug fixed: crash on generating a NEXUS file when no charsets are
defined. Note: there is still a sets block generated, which may need
to be removed manually.
