Poster?

Dear organizers,

on the website, November 9 is listed as the deadline for both CR and Posters.  How does that work?  Do we submit the posters through softconf?  Do we send them to you?

Also, I note that the registration for EMNLP does not allow for virtual attendance to just the workshops.  Does that mean that the workshop will be in-person only?

Thanks for your inquiry about the submissions.

If you plan to attend the conference virtually you can follow the instructions here on how to prepare and attend the virtual conference on Underline: https://docs.google.com/presentation/d/1UV5k__ndpX4KQahP8xFnGqrsQISMcnGqzd0CtP26kKQ/edit?usp=sharing 

The deadline for submitting your poster and optionally the pre-recorded presentations to Underline will be November 16th, 2022. Note that this is a hard deadline and if you can't forward your information by then you might miss the chance to participate in the virtual poster session. The virtual conference system support is available at emnl...@underline.io

Registration is managed by the conference organization so we recommend contacting them for additional questions. We do hope to have some scholarships available to support registrations, information on this should be available shortly.
