Following the red maze you'll see some purple poison and a number of Piranha plants. A large one sits on a special platform. To destroy a piranha plant, fire Cappy into them, then jump on them when they are disabled. Defeat the big piranha plant to get a power moon.
At the top of the tower in the Wooded Kingdom you'll reach another Broodal fight. This one surrounds himself with purple poison which you can disperse with Cappy. After a few blows of air from the Broodal he'll run out of breath and pant for a moment. With a clear path to him, jump on his head. Repeat this process until the Broodal is Defeated, but watch out as the second and third rounds will require you knock his hat off before you jump on his head.
For this Power Moon, warp to the Summith Path flag, and head down to where the single Sherm tank is waiting. Possess it, and destroy the upper left area of the wall, where you'll reveal the Power Moon waiting to be collected.
Warp to the Iron Mountain Path, Station 8, and possess the Uproot that's in the area just below. Smash through the bricks in the upper right corner of the area to reveal a new path, which lets Mario eventually go into a new 8-bit mode. Simply platform your way to the end of this area to claim the Power Moon.
To claim this Power Moon, begin from the Odyssey and follow the path just to the west that leads all the way around the area atop the ridge. You'll eventually come to an area with an Uproot, which you should possess and then use to climb up the platforms on the outside of a tree in the area, until you reach the Power Moon encased in the plant at the top.
You can actually to get to this next Power Moon from the location of the last one, so stay in the Uproot form and head north till you drop down to the river. Follow the river against the current, and you'll find yourself facing a Fire Bro. Despatch the Fire Bro, then position the Uproot so that when you stretch up to maximum height, you're just in front of the ledge with the seed case on. Now, jump as the Uproot, change back into Mario while you're in the air, and you'll grab onto the ledge. All you have to do now is destroy the shell, and the Power Moon is yours.
From the Summith Path flag, head east to the area with the Sherm tank, and then look to the right when you're at the southern edge of the area, where you'll find a path of platforms. Carefully make your way along these until you obtain three purple currency items, and then head into a new challenge area. In this area, you'll have to carefully swing from pole to pole, all the way until you reach the shell containing the Power Moon and exit pipe at the end.
Take a seed from the seed robot inside the room that had the brick door. Carry this to the starting area and plant it on the seed platform in the corner. This will grow a stalk. Climb it to reach a new area. Follow the path of the river and you'll eventually come to a lever. Pull it and the gate will open. Possess the plant creature and make your way up the cliff until you reach the end and a power moon.
Make your way through the main area of the wooded Kingdom by talking to the Sphinx (answer is "flowers"). Head towards the vertical maze and possess one of the strange plant creatures that grows long legs. In the maze make your way up and extend into the plant to reveal a power moon.
Go to the Summit Path flag, capture the Uproot nearby, then make your way back up to the flag. Now look west just beyond the railing, to see a path of different platforms leading away from the area. Make your way to the other side of the raised section on the platform, and smash the shell to uncover the Power Moon.
Head to the left of the main industrial structure in the Wooded Kingdom. Hit the scarecrow and it will open a gate. Through the gate is a fire koopa. Take him out with Cappy and you'll earn a power moon.
Start out from the Observation Deck flag just north of the Summit Path flag, and possess Glydon using Cappy. Now face east, and fly your way to the tiny island, where you can find Captain Toad and his Power Moon.
Just before you first used the flowers to ascend up the ramp for the first time in the Wooded Kingdom, you'll be in an area full of Goombas. If you collect all of them on top of one another to form the tallest Goomba stack possible, and then waddle over to the female Goomba on the platform, you'll obtain this Power Moon.
Head to the Summit Path flag, then capture the Sherm tank to the east. Now roll off the edge of the area to where the Odyssey is stationed, and destroy the pile of rocks nearby, revealing the Power Moon.
Warp to the Sky Garden Tower flag, but head back indoors. Now descend until you can capture an Uproot, and make your way back up the platforms until you reach the very top, right before the door out to the flag. Go to the middle of the platform, extend as high as you can, and then jump to capture the Power Moon.
To get this Power Moon, warp to the Observation Deck, possess the Glydon, and then glide your way down to the hidden platform with the green pipe. Be warned that there are two platforms with green pipes, but you want the one to the left of the spinning wheels. Once you're through the pipe, crack the shell to reveal the Power Moon.
To get to this new area, start at the Odyssey, make your way onto the ridge path to the west, and drop off. Instead of voiding out, you'll land in the Deep Woods, and you can get the next Power Moon by making your way to the other end of the area, and repeatedly kicking the glistening rock on the floor until it reveals the Power Moon.
From the starting area of the Deep Woods, head left until you find a stream, then follow it downhill until you come to the scarecrow. To initiate the timer challenge, throw Cappy onto the scarecrow, and head back up the the hill, heading diagonally away from the stream. You should have a seed dispenser to your right while your running, and the Power Moon can be found on a blue pedestal.
To get this Power Moon, drop into the Deep Woods, and head to the east. At the edge of the area, you'll encounter a seed machine near a set of rocks. You'll now have to capture the T-Rex in the area, use it to destroy the rocks, and then ground pound the glistening spot on the ground to capture the Power Moon.
In the Deep Woods there are a lot of bricks that the dinosaur will break if he chases you and hits them (or you can tire him him by making him chase you, then possess him). Hit the bricks seen in the pic above and you'll find an area you can stomp to release a power moon.
Once again in the Deep Forest, you'll have to capture the Coin Coffer roaming the area for this Power Moon. After you've caught the Coin Coffer, you'll have to find the small green leaf in a pool of water, and then repeatedly spit coins at it using the coffer, until the Power Moon appears above it. It'll take roughly 500 coins, but when it does appear, climb up the nearest tree and hop off to claim the Power Moon.
To claim this Power Moon, find the Christmas tree in the Deep Woods, and capture it with Cappy to move it. In the space vacated by the tree, there'll be a spot you can ground pound to reveal the Power Moon.
For this section, make sure you're wearing the Explorer's Outfit, and then drop down into the Deep Woods. Now, find the NPC guarding the locked door within the waterfall, and speak to them to unlock the door, revealing the Power Moon within.
Right next to the Iron Road Halfway Point flag is a scarecrow, which you'll have to throw Cappy on to start the timer challenge. You'll now have to move quickly up the poles, using your momentum to swing in the desired direction, and reach the top of the set before the timer expires.
For the second Timer Power Moon, warp to the Charging Stations flag, and activate the scarecrow in the charging station with Cappy. You'll now have to quickly ascend the moving platforms, using jumping between the charging stations themselves to start off with, and claim the Power Moon at the top.
Warp to the Charging Station flag, and then use Cappy to reach the rocket on the platform, possessing it to fly to the next area. In this foggy section, your goal is to continue following the trail of coins to pick up the five shards of the Power Moon. The first three are simple, but the final two involve you possessing a Goomba and flying underneath the central platform, and coming back up on the other side.
This Power Moon is located in the same fog area, where the two Goombas were circling round the single platform. When you're approaching the platform from the start of the area, possess a Goomba and drop down to the left of the platform. You'll land on a new platform, with a seed you can smash to reveal the Power Moon.
Warp to the Iron Path, Station 8 flag, drop back down the slope with the rings, and head along the path to the left once you reach the bottom, which will lead you do a door. In this new area, you need to stand on one P button after another to initiate new paths, ignoring the Goombas for this Power Moon. All you have to do is reach the end of the zone, and the Power Moon is yours.
This Power Moon is exactly the same as the one above, except as you're making your way around the course, you'll need to capture all the Goombas, forming one big Goomba tower. Now, walk up to the tower platform blocking your progress, and jump off the Goomba tower as Mario, landing on the platform and claiming the Power Moon for yourself.
