Above statement has one correction. It may not delay by 10-20
years because Company has good reputation in market and good image in
real estate industry.
But all these projects are supposed to be delayed by few years.
Because all these three projects had no major progress in last one
year. Chances are very less that these will be delivered for
possession within promised time schedule 2009/2010.

It may not delay by 10-20 years, because Company has good
reputation in market and good image in real estate industry.

Have you talked to their employees on the site they are all
clueless. Recently they put few laborers on the work but once Diwali
is over the laborer are gone ( Gimmick to attarct clients) . They need
to be brought to books for cheating hundereds of people.

Default Parsavnath Exotica at Ghaziabad
I had booked at 3 bedroom flat at exotica in May 2008. It was
assured that the development of the project is in full swing and
possession in 3 years.
I had opted for down payment and applied for loan.
i made all the payemnts and got home loan at floating rate of
interest of 11.5% from DHFL.
however, as per the current situation it appears that project is
bound to be delayed by many years since there is absolutely no
construction going on. the site construction is almost same as it was
an year back at the time of payment.
i am incurring dual loss, 11.5 % interest on my home loan and
further interest loss of all my savings that went as downpayment.
Parsvanth keeps on declaring and investing on new projects but
already started project seems to be in doldrums.
they seem to be cheating their customers. every time you try to
contact Parsavnath office, they have nothing more to often except
false assurances

I had booked a 3 bedroom flat at Parsvnath exotica but the project
is not taking shape for many years now. am living on rent and paying
home loan.In this long process am cheated as have made down payment to
them.
we request the buyers who feel cheated to form a group with me and
a forum and get against the builders for cheating charges
in one such case against DLF and Unitech the builders have
returned the money with interest when the buyers have moved against
them in a group for cheating charges

kindly form a group and write to the builder and also warn him of
legal action and it is better that after froming a group you file a
case in consumer forum it will work faster accoring to me sir

Angry Cheated by Parsavnath Sterling at Ghaziabad
I have booked a flat in Sterling Parsvnath Gzb, No progress has
been seeing since 2008,
I visited Parsvnath corporate office in CP Delhi, number of times
but end up with false statement/assurance, per recent conversation
with corporate office “There is a fund crunch with the company and in
talk with some investment company to finance for running project”.
I strongly welcome this idea to raise voice against Parsvnath,
let’s come up with a plan to move further.

dear sir
i also bought three bedroom flat in parsvnath regalia in feb 2008
on full down payment on assurance that i will get the possession in
june 2009.
Nothing is happening on the site for the last one year.
When i called them at there corporate office , i was told that
flats will be ready by june 2010, still no construction is going on
the site.
I am very worried if they will complete the project or not,
because i have bought a flat on loan and i m paying interest at the
rate of 11.5%.
I am keen to join any forum against parsvnath developers and ready
to take legal action against them if other members of the group are
willing to fight legal bettle against cheaters.

Dear Sir,
I wish to submit following facts:
1. I had booked for a studio apartment in the above mentioned
builders River mount valley Manali project vide above mentioned
application and have paid a sum of Rs. 1,40,000/- (Rupees One lakh
forty thousand only) which has been duly acknowledged by you vide
above referred receipt.
2. A notice regarding land of the project appeared in the news
paper on 18th of Feb 2008 regarding counter claims by the owner of the
land.
3. On contacting your office, I was informed verbally that the
project is abandoned due to non approval.
4. I immediately filed an application for refund on 20th of Feb.
2008
5. All the requisite documents were submitted at the time of
applying for surrender.
6. I was asked by builders office to come and collect a cheque for
the principal amount plus interest after fifteen days.
7. Even after repeatedly informing the builders staff that I am
stationed at Alwar for my office, I was harassed, to travel to his
Ashok Hotel office & Gurgaon office again & again for payments.
8.The cheque no 291300 of Union Bank Of India, SSI Finance branch,
Gurgaon-- for Rs 1,40,000/- (Rupees One lakh forty thousand only)
dated 30/09/08 was handed over to my representative after a number of
visits to builders office.
9. The cheque when presented in the bank on 3rd of Oct 2008 was
not honoured and I was informed by my bank that there were
insufficient funds in the bank. I received the dishonored cheque on
8th of Oct 2008.
14. Mr. Naresh Gaur (MD)is not available in office and he never
bothers to answer his mobile no 09811125512. No other person in his
office at ashoka hotel and Gurgaon office assumes the responsibility
of informing the status regarding the refund.
15. Through this forum I would like to gather momentum against
this fraudulent group that is cheating service class investors of its
hard earned money and I solicit other customers who may have been
cheated by this group to come together to strengthen our voice against
their fradulent activities and malpractices and put up a case against
these cheats in the honorable courts of India for justice due to us.
I hope to get a positive result by lodging my complaint on the
forum.

Default We are also fooled by Parvsnath
My old parents invested their retirement money into their Bhiwadi
city centre project and we are nowhere now. Their people are just
sitting over our money. The interest on our money already paid to you
is accumulating and we are not getting any correspondence from their
office.
Whenever we call their official over mobile 9818583626 he is least
concerned about our problem and has only one answer - that the work
has not started on the project. We even travelled to the site in
Bhiwadi couple of months back and the official sitting there assured
us that the work would start within a week, but that week never
arrived. It seems they have imparted fantastic training to their
people on "how to fool people". For the huge investment made we need
at least communication from them that the project is cancelled /
delayed etc. However, none has come from their side and it seems these
people have taken us for grant
